Dr. Lee A. Kramer is the founder, president, and portfolio manager of Capital Management Analytics, Corp. (CMA), an independent registered investment advisory firm established in 1993. For more than three decades, he has provided personalized investment management and wealth advisory services to individuals, families, institutions, small businesses, and professional practices. CMA is registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 and is also registered with the Ohio and Nevada Securities Commissions.

Dr. Kramer earned a doctorate from Vanderbilt University, where his doctoral research focused on organizational leadership, innovation, and the adoption of emerging technologies. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Dayton and both a Master of Science in Computer and Information Science and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from The Ohio State University. This multidisciplinary background in technology, business, and organizational leadership complements his decades of experience advising investors and managing investments.

Before dedicating his full-time efforts to investment management, Dr. Kramer led consulting engagements in the software and biotechnology industries. In addition to advising investment clients, he mentors emerging technology companies, particularly in the financial technology (fintech) sector, helping entrepreneurs navigate the challenges of commercialization, business strategy, and growth.

An Army veteran, Dr. Kramer lives and works in central Ohio near Columbus but travels regularly to meet with clients and companies throughout the United States. Outside the office, he enjoys sailing, golf, Roman history, literature, and the outdoors. A longtime student of financial market history, he has written articles on market cycles and quantitative approaches to stock option modeling.
